For income certificate: Select Not Applicable at the time of form fillup.
For Programme not visible anymore: If the programme was visible and not visible anymore, (from your profile) go to home and scroll down to the bottom of the page. The programme name will be listed at the bottom of the page. From there, click on submit Application (Red colour option). You will be directed to the next process in the application form submission.
For students whose money has been deducted but still showing unpaid:
1. Wait for 1 hour for the payment to be resolved by the system.
2. Log in to the account
3. Go to the ‘payments’ option
4. It will list all the payments tried by the students.
5. Select the payments that has failed.
6. Click on ‘Check Payment’.
7. If the payment was successful, it will be updated by the system.
8. If it still shows ‘Failure’, payment was not successful and the student needs to repay the amount again.
