Submission of Panel of Examiners for PhD:
Supervisors must submit a panel of examiners consisting of eight qualified Professors (Associate Professors and above) from various regions of the country – North, South, East, West, and North-East (Not more than One examiner from One University/ Institution). The list may not be submitted more than one month in advance. The list downloaded from the portal should get approval in confidential way from the respective Head of Department and Dean by the Supervisor.
Supervisors must obtain prior consent from each proposed examiner before submitting the panel. The submission must include accurate and updated contact information: postal address, email, and mobile number. An incomplete panel of examiners will not be accepted by the Examination Department. The list of panel of examiners is to be submitted through the dedicated official online portal.
Thesis Submission Requirements:
A Soft Copy (PDF format) of the Ph. D. Thesis & Abstract must be uploaded to the portal and Hard copy of the same must be submitted by the concerned scholar in person to the Examination Department.
