Online application for admission into PhD course (Even Semester 2025-26)

Online applications are invited for admissions into PhD course in the following departments of this university for the even semester 2025-26:

  • Department of Forestry
  • Department of Industrial Chemistry
  • Department of Electrical Engineering
  • Department of Management
  • Department of Zoology

Instructions for form fill up:

  1. Those candidate who applied during July-August session 2025, are asked to create a new account using a different email.
  2. Give your Name, Email and phone to register for new applicants.
  3. Activate your account by giving the OTP received in the mail.
  4. Once the candidate profile is submitted further change is NOT possible. Candidate can apply by using another email address.
  5. Select the programme you wish to apply.
  6. If the programme was visible and not visible anymore, go to home and scroll down to the bottom of the page. The programme name will be listed at the bottom of the page. From there, click on submit Application (Red colour option). You will be directed to the next step.
  7. Don’t send the hard copy of the application form.
  8. For family income, select ‘Not Appicable’ if you dont have the certificate.

***For PhD, NET or Equivalent is compulsory for programmes that conduct such tests (in concerned subjects).

*** For subjects that dont conduct NET exam, select Not Applicable and fill up the fields as NA. Upload your Class X certificate in the Research Fellowship uploads.

For students whose money has been deducted but still showing unpaid:

1. Wait for 1 hour for the payment to be resolved by the system.
2. Log in to the account
3. Go to the ‘payments’ option
4. It will list all the payments tried by the students.
5. Select the payments that has failed.
6. Click on ‘Check Payment’.
7. If the payment was successful, it will be updated by the system.
8. If it still shows ‘Failure’, payment was not successful and the student needs to repay the amount again.
