Instruction:

1. Make a payment of Rs 700/-(Rs 350/- for SC/ST Candidate).
2. Note down the reference number and take screenshot of the payment.
3. Proceed to the form for the fillup.
4. No changes whatsoever can be made after the form submission.
5. After successfult submission, you will receive the form number.
6. Once submitted check your email for confirmation. Check the spam folder if its not available in the main inbox.

Documents required for uploading:

1. Passport photo & signature
2. SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate (if applicable)
   • For EWS and OBC, the date of issue needs to be after 10th June, 2022
3. PwD certificate (if applicable)
4. Class X (marksheets and certificate combined in one file)
5. Class XII (marksheets and certificate combined in one file – if applicable)
   • If result is not out, upload admit card.
6. Diploma (marksheets and certificate combined in one file – if applicable)
   • If final semester result is not out, combine all files upto last semester.
