The terms of reference of the Committee will be as follows:
a) The Committee shall be responsible for Physical Verification of the Progress/Activity/Quality of all works undertaken by the University.
b) Payment to contractors shall be made by the Finance Department only after satisfactory certification of the Committee.
c) The Committee may co-opt other member(s) when it deems fit to do so with prior permission of the Vice-Chancellor.
d) The Internal Audit Officer will provide Secretarial Assistance and other necessary inputs from relevant Cells/Departments as and when required by the Committee.
e) Any other works assigned by the University Authority.
f) Terms of reference is subject to review.
