Aizawl, 28 August 2025: Mizoram University successfully conducted the second session of the One Day Training Programme for Officers & Staff on Rashtriya Karmayogi at the Conference Hall, ICT Centre, MZU. The training programme, part of an ongoing initiative, is designed to familiarize officers and staff with the principles of the Rashtriya Karmayogi framework and its application in everyday administrative responsibilities.
Unlike the earlier batch, the second group of participants began directly with training sessions that imparted practical insights into the vision and ideals of the Rashtriya Karmayogi. The programme was structured into four sessions:
Session I: Introduction to the fundamental concepts of Rashtriya Karmayogi and qualities that embody its spirit.
Session II: Broadening perspectives on success and fulfillment within public service.
Session III: Practical strategies for creating meaningful and impactful contributions in day-to-day responsibilities.
Session IV: The vital role of karmayogis in nation-building and advancing administrative excellence.
The day-long training reinforced Mizoram University’s commitment to nurturing a service-oriented, responsible, and efficient workforce aligned with the national vision of transformative governance.
