Call for Papers for MZU Journal of Literature and Cultural Studies (Last Date: April 2022)

Call for Papers

Original and unpublished research papers are invited for publication in the next issue of MZU Journal of Literature and Cultural Studies, Vol IX, Issue I (June 2022). Research papers on any topic in the area of literature and culture studies and book reviews may be sent for publication by April 2022. Such research papers/book reviews will be subjected to peer reviewing and anti-plagiarism checking. Research paper contributors are requested to follow the latest MLA style sheet with a word limit of 3000 words and maintain without variation Times New Roman font, size 12, and line spacing of 1.5. Such papers should accompany:

  1. A declaration that the work is original and has not been published or sent for publication anywhere
  2. An abstract in about 100-200 words
  3. A brief bio-note indicating name of the author(s), email, mobile number, institutional affiliation with postal address, etc in not more than 50 words.

Contributors are requested to avoid footnotes. If notes are required, endnotes may be used. Such papers should be sent to dthongam@gmail.com before the last date.

Identity, Ethnicities, Colonial writing, Diversity and Commonality, Belief – systems, Conflicts, Socio-political and economic system, Interracial Relationship, Ethno-linguistic, Traditional knowledge system, Nationalism, Hybridity, Customary law and practices, Women in the cultural space, and Book Reviews.

Academic articles which are not within the scope of the above subthemes but deals with Literature and Culture Studies may also be submitted.
