Open to the Departments of Central / State, Trade Union, Bank Union and Academic Institutions & Bodies of recognised associations.

Use by recognised associations of MZU (Viz. MIZUTA, MUNTSA& MZUSC, MZUAA) be free for two (2) occasions in a year and from 3^rd occasions onwards they shall be charged half the prescribed hiring charge.

There will be no discount for hiring Auditorium on sponsorship from any agency.

Cases for other Academic bodies will be decided by competent authority as per merit of the case.

The Hall is Equipped with Air Conditioner & Sound System.

SEAT CAPACITY :  1000 nos.

HIRING CHARGE:                                 

(i)    Main Hall   

– `30,000/- for one day (i.e.10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

– `15,000/- for night time (i.e.7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

(ii)  Corridor/Ground floor

– `15,000/- for one day (i.e.10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

– `7,500/- for night time (i.e.7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

(iii) Extended programme beyond 4:00 PM will be charged `3,000/- per hour.

 (iv) Booking on holidays will incur additional charge of `5,000/-

Security deposit of `10,000/- in cash to be made in advance to GAD.
