Use by recognised associations of MZU (Viz. MIZUTA, MUNTSA& MZUSC, MZUAA) be free for two (2) occasions in a year and from 3^rd occasions onwards they shall be charged half the prescribed hiring charge.

There will be no discount for hiring the MZU Guest House Halls on sponsorship from any agency.

FOR BOOKING : Apply to the Joint Registrar/ Assistant Registrar, GAD, One Week in advance.

SEAT CAPACITY : UNLIMITED

HIRING RATE

(i)   `5,000/- and `3,000/- for one day (i.e.9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) for Commercial and Non-Commercial entities respectively.

       Extended programme beyond 5:00 PM will be charged `2,000/- per hour.

(ii) `4,000/- and `2,500/- for night time (i.e.7:00 PM to 10:00 PM) for Commercial and Non-Commercial entities respectively.

Security deposit of `10,000/- in cash to be made in advance to GAD.
