Mizoram University Engineering Entrance Examination 2022 (MZUEEE-2022)

Admission for first semester of 4 year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Degree course in: 

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering and
  • Civil Engineering.

 Eligibility:- A candidate who has passed the higher secondary or 10+2 (Class XII) Examination or its equivalent from any recognized board having secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST candidates) shall be eligible for admission in B.Tech. Those appearing in the higher secondary or 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in 2022 may also appear in MZUEEE-2022 provisionally.

Date of Birth:- Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1997 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PWD candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1992 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic.

 Admission for Lateral entry in 3rd semester of B.Tech Degree course in:-

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering and
  • Civil Engineering (Subject to availability of seat)

 Eligibility:-

3 year diploma holder in engineering in relevant branch with a minimum of 60% (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST candidates)marks may apply for lateral entry. Those appearing in the final semester examination in 2022 may also appear in MZUEEE 2022 provisionally.

Tutorial – how to apply

Important Dates:

  • Last Dates for submitting online applications : 31/5/2022( Tuesday) at 5pm.[Lateral entry]
  • Last Dates for submitting online applications : 3/6/2022( Tuesday) at 2pm. [Regular]
  • Display of Eligible list for Entrance Examination: 01.06.2022
  • Entrance Examination to be held on 8th June, June, 2022 (Wednesday) from 11am in Blended Mode( Online/ Offline)
  • Announcement of result on 9th June, 2022  {Selected/Waiting list (for both regular and lateral entry.)}
  • 1st round of counseling as per AICTE instructions from 9th and 10th June,2022 in Online Mode.
  • Last date of admission for those students who are selected though first round of counseling 7 days after their counseling
  • List of students for 2nd round of counseling shall be notified on the 15th day after 1st counseling, if required.
  • 2nd round counseling for regular on 20th July 2020 tentatively (if required)

For Lateral Entry:

  • For those students whose results are awaited (for lateral entry), please put the percentage of marks upto the last semester.
  • Put the marks entry under Class XII / Equivalent
