A Consultative Meeting on the implementation of Internship/Project Work/Community Outreach (IPC) for 5th Semester Undergraduate Programmes under NEP 2020 was held on 8th July 2025 at the Education Department Conference Hall, Mizoram University. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Lalbiakdiki Hnamte, Nodal Officer, NEP-MZU, and organised by Mizoram University.
The programme commenced with opening remarks from the Nodal Officer, followed by a welcome address from Prof. Lalnundanga, Registrar, and special remarks by Prof. Vanlalchhawna, Finance Officer, MZU. A key highlight of the meeting was a comprehensive presentation by the Examination Department on IPC Implementation Guidelines, which detailed the duration and timing, assessment and evaluation process, and the importance of MoUs with host organisations.
The session featured an open floor discussion moderated by the Nodal Officer, fostering valuable exchanges of ideas among participants.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Controller of Examinations, Mizoram University. The event was attended by university officers, faculty members, and representatives from various colleges across Mizoram, reflecting a strong collective commitment to effective implementation of NEP 2020 initiatives.
